Egyptian marble and granite

Egypt is one of the largest marble producers in the world. The Galala plateau, Minya, Sinai and the Eastern Desert give warm beiges, creams, golds and greys, while Aswan and the Red Sea mountains give granite in black, grey, pink and red.

Because the quarries are close, Egyptian stone is usually the simplest to see in person, compare between batches, and add to later if your project grows.
