About this stone
Hoody Light is a pale pink granite with a bright, open crystal: soft pink and cream grains with patches of grey-green and a few black flecks. It gives a space a gentle, warm feel while keeping the toughness of granite.
It stands up to foot traffic, sun and rain, which makes it a practical choice for stairs, outdoor steps and paving, and window sills, and it also works for indoor floors, kitchen countertops and walls. It resists scratches, heat and weather. The caveat is that the grey-green patches are more visible in some slabs than others, and the pale ground can darken where oil sits, so seal indoor surfaces and choose from the actual slab.
Care
Clean with warm water and a neutral cleaner. Reseal every one to two years, and wipe oil and tea spills quickly.
