About this stone
Iron Red is a banded stone: curved layers of rust red and steel blue-grey stacked like rings, with fine dark lines between them. It reads as a feature rather than a background, so it suits a bathroom vanity, a table top or a single wall panel.
The hairline fissures visible in this photo are part of the stone and are usually resin-filled before polishing. It works on vanity tops, feature walls and furniture. The honest caveat: this is not a typical speckled granite, and its natural fissures make it a poor fit for floors, stairs and outdoor use, so for a kitchen counter look closely at the slab and its backing first.
Care
Dust and wipe with a damp cloth and a neutral stone soap. Keep acids and abrasive pads away from the resin-filled lines.
