About this stone
Tropical Rose has a soft peach-pink ground crossed by a loose network of thin, slightly darker rose veins, with a few small clustered spots along them. The effect is warm and gentle, like a plaster wall in late light.
It suits bathroom walls and vanity tops, cladding in bedrooms and dressing areas, floors in quieter rooms, window sills and small table tops. It sits nicely with white sanitary ware, brushed gold and pale wood. The fine veins are where the stone is weakest, so thin pieces need careful handling and backing, and the pale surface will show both etching and stains if left uncared for.
Care
Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and wipe coloured spills early. Reseal once a year, especially around basins.
