About this stone
Mountain White has a clean white ground with long grey veins that wander in soft waves, some thin and some gathering into darker streaks. The movement is gentle, so it fits living areas, bathroom walls and feature walls without feeling busy.
Treat it as a marble: softer than granite or quartz, it can scratch, lemon and vinegar etch a polished face, and oil can stain if left to soak. Seal it before use and again over time. It suits floors, wall cladding, vanities and furniture tops indoors. Ask to see the exact slab, since the vein pattern changes a lot from one to the next, and expect marks on a busy kitchen countertop.
