About this stone
Breccia Violet is a bright white marble broken into large and small fragments, with dark veins of burgundy, violet and near-black running between them. The contrast is strong, so one wall or one vanity top is often enough to carry a whole room.
It stands out on feature walls, bathroom walls, vanity tops, a statement table or a fireplace surround. Book-matched slabs, where two neighbouring cuts mirror each other, make the pattern even more striking. The dense vein clusters vary a lot, so choose the exact slab rather than working from a small sample. As a marble it etches with acids and can scratch, so it does not suit busy kitchen countertops.
Care
Wipe with warm water and a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Seal once a year and wipe up lemon, vinegar and coffee quickly.
